Network Maintenance Schedule

On February 2nd at about 7:00pm we switched over live to the new Lakeside high speed connection.

This maintenance was completed by 5:30 pm.  There was a disruption of service of about 5 to 10 minutes to only the Alto customers.  More work will be completed this next week to get everything hooked up but the enhancements to the Lakeside tower have been made.  We expect customers running off of the Lakeside tower to see the results of these enhancements by no later than 2/5/2010.

On January 30th we have planned enhancements to our Alto tower.  These enhancements "may" interrupt, temporarily, services to the Cascade area tower.  They may also interrupt, again temporarily, the Lakeside tower.  The start of the maintenance is scheduled for 1:00pm and should not last more than two hours.  We'll be frozen by then.
